Post 2 - What I'd like to say about 2025 in 2026

Well, friends, I know it's been some time since I wrote my first and only post. All I can say is life often presents twists and turns that aren't always expected or welcomed. I was in the middle of a health issue when I launched this site, and I quickly realized I needed to take some time to recalibrate. I will share more about this in a later post, but for now, I want to focus on the new year. I, like a lot of people, love the start of a new year. It provides time to reflect on lessons learned in the previous year and time to reset and start fresh in the new one.

Who doesn't love a new beginning? It's time to dust off those goals set in early 2024 and have a look at what does or doesn't work now. What I love the most about the new year is that it's like an official reminder to check in with yourself and to think about what's next. How one does that is entirely individual, and what works for one might not work for another. There have been years in my life where I've had a huge list of goals, and other years only a few intentions. I've also created vision boards, which are really fun and provide inspiration that you can look at daily. There's a lot of content this time of the year about goal setting and even guidance around setting smaller, more manageable goals. I highly recommend taking the time to think about how you want to focus your energy this year. Whether it be thinking of one thing you'd like to do each month, or by the end of the year, or putting together a full-on goal action plan, it's all about planting seeds for your future garden. And I truly want you to have an amazing garden.

This year, I did something based on a podcast suggestion that I've never done before as a way to welcome a new year. I wrote a note to myself from my future self. So, this is 2026 Estella reflecting on my 2025 accomplishments. I found this practice to be extremely inspiring, so if it resonates with you, do the same for yourself!

"Congratulations, girl! You did your damn thing in 2025! You navigated the year with confidence, purpose, and clarity, making things happen without hesitation. You deepened your spiritual connections, listened to your intuition and spiritual guides, and made choices that reflected your true power. You grew as a leader by trusting your voice and ensuring it was heard. You led with compassion, directness, and authenticity to help yourself and others thrive. You tapped into your creative genius, introducing new ideas, processes, and work strategies that elevated your department and organization. You also collaborated with the right people and found the guidance needed to start developing and executing your entrepreneurial projects. Your financial portfolio grew significantly, laying the foundation for generational wealth through smart money management and investments in businesses and real estate. Most importantly, you continued on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle, incorporating strategies for physical and mental well-being. Lastly, you experienced an abundance of love through your connections with family and friends by being present for meaningful experiences and moments that elevated your vibrational level and those around you. Well done, sis! I can’t wait to see what comes next in 2026!"

May 2025 far exceed your expectations! Happy New Year!

Wishing you love, light, and a life filled with authenticit-E.

Estella
